ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK: PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DI SD

The Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is a learning approach that can develop 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem solving. This study aims to analyse research trends regarding the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in primary schools by conducting bibliometric analysis of bibliographic data of scientific articles indexed by Google Scholar. The analysis was conducted by combining a bibliometric map visualisation approach using VOSviewer software. The research data was obtained through the Publish or Perish reference management application, with the keyword "problem-based learning model in elementary school" which was searched in the topic domain, title, keywords, and abstract. The search was conducted on articles published from 2021 to 2025. The search results showed that there were 20 relevant articles to be analysed. The results of the bibliometric analysis showed that the most research on the application of the PBL model in primary schools was conducted in 2025. Although the number of publications is quite large, there are still great opportunities for further exploration, especially in overcoming implementation challenges in the field such as lack of individual student responsibility and time management constraints. Thus, this research is expected to be a reference for the development of further studies related to the application of PBL models in primary schools.
